Jesse Gordon Spencer (born 12 February 1979) is an Australian actor and musician. He is best known for playing Dr. Robert Chaseon the American medical drama House, and Billy Kennedy on the Australian soap opera Neighbours. He currently stars as Lieutenant Matthew Casey on the American drama series Chicago Fire.
